Basic Goal: $500,000.
We need $300,000 of this in cash at the November 18 offering for the down payment on the property. The balance is primarily to redo the parking lot for added aesthetic value and safety.
Transition Goal: $1,000,000.
In addition to providing for the Basic goal items, the Transition goal will also provide the money to construct a 2,500 square foot building for ministry space on the Spring Glen property. This will multiply our small group break out areas and allow for growth to effectively conduct our current and expanding classes and ministry. These rooms are needed in order to expand the sanctuary. The expansion will result in the loss of some existing classroom space. Additionally, we will be able to accomplish some much needed maintenance and purchase chairs to expand the seating capacity in the sanctuary.
Victory Goal. $1,500,000.
In addition to the down payment, parking lot, 2,500 square
foot building, maintenance and chairs, the Victory goal will allow us to update the entire main building on the Spring Glen campus. It will give us a new sanctuary with versatile production quality sound, lights and video. This will give us infinite possibilities for creating dynamic productions as well as allowing us to record and produce live worship albums and CDs. Additionally, we will open up the lobby and Connections Café to create a comfortable and inviting space for people to come together and fellowship. This space will be designed to be a place for people to comfortably and conveniently learn more about SVA. The plans also include an updated exterior to enhance curb appeal and draw newcomers to our campus.
Ultimate Goal. $2,500,000.
Our Ultimate goal is to purchase the building, do all the maintenance, remodel to create a more welcoming place for newcomers and be debt free in three years. This would enable SVA to be free to participate more fully in mission and act at a moments notice in response to the vision God lays before us. Debt free in three years? It can happen!
